Romp Skis, makers of handcrafted custom
and stock skis, Romp Ready, is proud to
announce that Aaron Blunck is joining
the Romp Skis team for the 2025/26
winter season.
Blunck, a three-time Olympian and twotime
World Champion halfpipe skier from
Crested Butte, Colorado brings worldclass
expertise, creativity, and a deep
connection to the sport. As one of the most
decorated American freeskiers of his
generation, his partnership with Romp
represents a powerful alignment of
craftsmanship, performance, and
community roots.

true Crested Butte local who
understands what it means to live
and breathe skiing,” said Eligh

collaborate on new ideas, products,

As part of the partnership, Blunck will work closely with the Romp design and production team to develop innovative ski shapes—including a new halfpipe ski he will debut in competition this winter. He will also play a key role in product testing, athlete development, and sharing Romp’s mission of creativity, independence, and fun on the snow.“Community is everything to me, especially in Crested Butte, which played a major roll in raising me to who I am today,” says Blunck. “To be skiing on Romp means more than just skis, it represents family and love and that is something I hope to bring to the slopes for future generations.”
