Romp Skis Warranty

Romp Skis warranties its skis against manufacturer defects for 2 years after purchase. We stand behind our product.

Please contact us at (970) 349-5353 or info@rompskis.com with any problems or concerns.

We may ask you to either drop off or ship your Romp product to the Romp Skis Factory so we can assess the cause of the damage.

*If you are contacting us due to a binding retention problem, please note that we may not be able to offer a warranty replacement if the bindings were mounted by someone other than a Romp Skis employee.

Damage Replacement Policy

If that new line you thought looked so good turns out to be full of jagged sharks’ teeth and you rip out a big chunk of edge on your new boards — we understand.

We want you to ski hard without the fear of wrecking your skis. With this in mind, we offer a damage replacement policy within 1 year of your ski purchase.

Destroy a pair of Romp Skis and we will sell you another pair for half price.

Note: Damage replacements are done at the sole discretion of Romp Skis. If we feel like you broke your skis on purpose for a replacement pair, you won’t get one. Please respect the policy so we can continue to offer it.

Ski Repairs

We understand more than most that shit happens. They are tools, not jewels.

If something happens to your Romp Skis, we will do everything in our power to repair them for you. It is important to us to keep skis in service for as long as possible.

If you are planning to ship your product to us, please contact us beforehand and provide a detailed description of your needed repairs and pictures. We will get your skis back on the slopes as much as possible.
