Aaron blunck

Aaron Blunck is a three-time Olympian, two-time World Champion, and one of the most decorated American halfpipe skiers of his generation. Born and raised in Crested Butte, Colorado, Aaron brings world-class talent rooted in true local heritage.

Beginning in the 2025/26 winter season, Aaron joins the Romp Skis athlete team to collaborate on innovative ski design, including a new halfpipe ski built and tested with Romp’s craftsmen in Crested Butte. His partnership with Romp represents the perfect blend of creativity, performance, independence, and community.

For Aaron, skiing with Romp is about more than equipment — it’s family, love, and continuing the legacy of the town that raised him.

Asher Weinberg

Asher Weinberg was born and raised in Crested Butte and has been chasing snow his entire life. Whether he’s skinning into the mountains, standing in a race start gate, or dropping into big-mountain competitions, his passion for skiing is constant. Over the past few years, Asher has traveled the world competing in ski racing, with extensive experience across Europe in Super G and Downhill events, including German, Austrian, and Swiss Nationals, along with numerous international races.

This winter, Asher plans to release a few short films as he begins to carve out his place in the freeski community. He is currently a junior at Montana State University pursuing a business degree, while also working part-time as a Firefighter EMT. Looking ahead to the season, Asher is excited to spend more time filming in the backcountry and ripping laps at Bridger Bowl.
